"Designing for a Climate-Positive, Inclusive Future"

Dream LeBreton is a visionary housing development in Ottawa that redefines sustainable urban living by integrating placekeeping, ecological responsibility and social equity. Targeting LEED Gold certification and the Zero Carbon Building Standard, it demonstrates how urban environments can do more good. With 41% of its 609 units designated as affordable and 31% fully accessible, it prioritizes marginalized groups and honors Indigenous values, blending sustainability with inclusive, people-first urban mobility. Join us as Brian, Bruno and Dan share stories from the design process and the unique outcomes of this transformative project.
